5.11 Adjustments
5.11.1 Battery Control Card
(IMx BB only)
Check that, when turning on the ma-
chine, the battery control card (included
in the hourmeter) has the following
starting sequence:
• Turning on of the LED which cor-
respond to the type of batteries in-
stalled.
• Turning on of all the LEDs (func-
tional light check).
•
Turning on of the LEDs depending
on the residual battery charge level.
It is possible to check the settings of the
battery control card, simply turning the
machine on and check which is the first
LED that turns on.
First yellow LED
for wet cell batteries, fourth yellow LED
for GEL batteries. To adjust the battery
control card depending on the batter-
ies installed, rotate the small round mi-
croswitch located under the hourmeter,
(Picture) in position 1 for wet cell batter-
ies, in position 4 for GEL batteries.
5.11.2 Charger (CB)
The charger is located on the rear side of
the machine and easy to access for the
operator. When connected to the power
supply, a red led will blink once, the
yellow led blink once and the green led
blink depending of the type of battery for
which the charger is set.
A Proper Charging cycle follows the be-
low phases order.
Phase LED Description
A Red Blinking, check of battery
status
B Red First charging phase
C Yellow Second charging phase
D Green Charged battery
Check if the charger is properly set ac-
cording to the installed batteries.
