Brush Reduction Gear Oil
1. Scrubbing base reduction gear: check that the oil in
the reduction gear reaches the transparent
oil level
plug
(it must not pass this level). Use Shell Omala
460 (oil quantity 0.35 Kg.). Top up through the
upper plug.
Operational testing of the machine
1. Check the efficiency of the traction levers;
2. Check the efficiency of the base;
3. Check the efficiency of the brush motor;
4. Check the efficiency of the solenoid valve;
5. Check the efficiency of the squeegee;
6. Check the efficiency of the suction motor;
7. Check the efficiency of braking when released and emergency;
8. Check the state of the batteries, terminals and cables;
9. Check the efficiency of the horn and the reverse motion buzzer.
Operational tests of the machine
1. Fill the tanks with water and check for leaks.
2. Check the plumbing system for leaks and that water drops uniformly on the brush.
3. Adjust squeegee wheels and inclination and perform an operating test.
4. Adjust the inclination of the base and perform an operating test.
5. Check braking efficiency when released and during emergencies: brake at maximum speed and check
that the wheels lock simultaneously.
6.
Check that the machine stops in 115-120 cm when the traction levers are released and it is
operating at maximum speed and with the tank full. If this is not the case then check
adjustment of the brake tie-rods and the traction levers.
7.
Check that the seat microswitch operates properly.
8. Check forward, reverse, acceleration and braking operations..
Final Testing
Check all functions: washing, drying, forward gear, reverse motion and braking.
