GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The 305 Remote Dispenser is a power operated petroleum

dispensing device, for use on fixed aboveground tanks with a

maximum capacity in accordance with NFPA 30A.  It is used

in conjunction with a tank top pump and can handle a variety

of fuels up to 40 GPM at ±2% accuracy.

The dispenser can operate with a 110V/60Hz or 220V/60Hz

pump, if desired.  The 305 is equipped with a Fill-Rite 900

Series Meter with a manual reset (for non-resale applications).

The 900 Meter is accurate at ±2% in a flow range from 6 to 40

GPM.

Design Features

•1" NPT inlet, 1" NPT outlet

•50 PSI maximum pressure

•Furnished with 12' hose and manual nozzle

•Meter:

•Positive displacement, nutating disc type

•Can be calibrated for ±2% accuracy within a fluid

range of 6 to 40 GPM (23 to 151 LPM)

•Register:

•Three resettable unit wheels with large 11/16"

figures and tenths wheel

•Totalizer reads to 999,999.9 gallons

•Cabinet measures 13"W x 11 1/2"D x 10 1/2"H

•Liter measure:

•Four resettable unit wheels

•Totalizer reads to 99,999,999 liters

•Front or rear discharge

•Red or white cabinet

•Universal nozzle boot for automatic or vapor recovery

•Automatic nozzle for standard or universal boot

•High flow automatic nozzle for universal boot

Electrical wiring should be

done by a licensed electrician

in accordance with NFPA 30A

and 70.  Improper use or instal-

lation of this product can

cause serious bodily injury or

death.

1. DO NOT smoke near dispenser or use dispenser

near an open flame when pumping flammable

fluids. Fire could result. Installation should be in

accordance with NFPA 30A.

2. Dispenser should be properly grounded and rigid

conduit should be used when installing electrical

wiring.

3. Use gasoline resistant compound on threaded

joints.

4. This product should not be used for fluid transfer

into aircraft.

5. This product is not suited for use with fluids for

human consumption or fluids containing water.

6. A filter should be used on dispenser outlet to ensure

that no foreign material is transferred to fuel tank.
