Archiving jobs

Browse to the device and folder to which you want to archive the job and click OK.

The Archive Options dialog box displays external devices as available archive volumes.

If applicable, select Archive rasters.

The Archive rasters option appears dimmed for PostScript data jobs and jobs archived 
to Server Internal.

Large raster data files may take considerable time to archive.

Select an archive volume and click OK.

Archived jobs appear in the Archive panel of the Jobs window.
