Power on/off
SU806D-EAU series module provides one-way power on/off control signal to module’s power on/off,
restart and sleep/wake up. Its pin definition is shown as follow table:

After module’s VBAT pin is powered, pull down KEY_PWR_ON or CBL_PWR_N pin for 3.5s~6s can
