• If problems cannot be solved via the procedures given below, stop the air
conditioner and contact our After Sales Service.
Problem
Explanation
The air conditioner does not work.
• Is there a power failure?
• Is the plug unplugged?
• Is the fuse or the supply switch cut out?
• Is the voltage higher than 253V or lower than
207V?
• Is the timing programmed correctly?
The remote control is not availa-
ble or there is no display.
• In cases of abnormal use or too frequent changes
in operating mode, the remote control may stop
functioning. Disconnect and then reconnect the unit.
The problem should be solved.
• If the remote control displays unfocussed symbols
or all the symbols, replace the batteries.
The unit does not work when I press the
ON/OFF key.
• It concerns a protection system for the
compressor depending on instructions from the
microprocessor.
Please wait for 3 minutes.
The cooling and heating are not very efficient.
• Is the temperature defined correctly?
• Are the filters dirty?
• Are the inputs and outputs of the external unit
obstructed?
• Is the sleep function activated for day?
• Is the internal fan set at a very low speed?
• Are the doors and windows closed?
Air does not come out immediately when I
activate the «HEATING» mode.
• This is quite normal, air will only be diffused
when it is sufficiently hot. Please wait.
