Separation of channels in order to form pressure zones.

Caution
Separator can blow out of the channel.
Injury to eyes.
Switch off compressed air before assembly work.
Clean and dry channels prior to assembly work (oil-free/grease-free).
Never use separator

as a blanking plug at the outlet port of a channel.

the compressed air channel.

centrally between 2 valve
connection holes.
Put screwdriver (A) into a
port at the desired position:
–
channel 1 vertical
–
channel 3/5 inclined.
Separator

is stopped
thereby.

Tighten the separator

with a slotted screw-
driver (B) (blade
table).
Comply with tightening
torques (
table).

Mark the positions of the

with the ac-
companying label.

Dismantling

Do not unscrew the separa-
tor

excessively when dis-
mantling.
Otherwise, the separator

will fall apart.
Unscrew the separator

approx. 1 turn.

Remove the separators

by tilting the manifold
rail (C).

falls apart:
Put together separator

as depicted.
Check:
Chamfer (X) points toward
screw (D).
