Function
The electrical interface VABA-S6-1-AP provides a connection between a valve terminal VTSA-MP(-NPT)
or VTSA-F-MP(-NPT) and the automation system CPX-AP-I.

Mounting
Depending on the configuration, the electrical interface VABA-S6-1-AP is already integrated in the
valve terminal. The product is also suitable for retrofit in existing valve terminals with multi-pin
connection type VTSA-MP (-NPT) and VTSA-F-MP (-NPT).
The product can be fitted with the inscription label ASLR-C-E4.
When retrofitting the VABA-S6-1-AP in existing valve terminals, note the following:
• The installation changes the function of the valve terminal. Before installing the new configuration,
check its validity online with the configurator
• Installing the VABA-S6-1-AP invalidates the current ATEX approval of the valve terminal.
Proceed as follows to install the product:
1. Remove the multi-pin node of the valve terminal
