Fitting the modules
1. Switch off the compressed air supply and the operating volt-
age.
2. Unlock the safety lever (if fitted) and remove the blind plate.
3. Grasp the module by the front plate and push it into the
guide rail. Be careful not to tilt the module when sliding it
into the slot and make sure that none of the components on
the printed circuit board are damaged.
4. Make sure that the pins on the connectors are correctly
aligned. Then with a light pressure of the fingers push the
module in as far as it will go. The safety catches will then
lock automatically (see diagram).
