Malfunctions

11.1 Fault clearance

Fault description

Irregular movement of slide 

One­way flow control valve not

Choke with exhaust air as far as
possible (not with supply air).

slide slowly).

section.

– Place volume upstream.

Linear actuator does not
achieve the desired speed.
