Diagnostics using LEDs
The following LEDs for on-site diagnostics are located under the transparent covering of the module:

NOTICE
The LED display of the input module is not designed for safety purposes.
• Please note that the LEDs should
not be used for evaluation for safety-related measures.
When the operating voltage supply U
EL/SEN
is switched on, the module error LED

lights for approx.
500 ms.
The FP-LED

flashes until the input module is correctly parameterised by a PROFIsafe master.
The following LEDs are on in the normal operating status:
