4 REPLACING THE BATTERY AND THE FUSES

Opening the instrument

Make sure that the instrument is disconnected and switched off before replacing the batteries
and/or fuse.

1. Remove the multimeter from its protective casing.

2. Remove the screw securing the battery / fuse compartment

cover, using a Phillips head screwdriver.

3. To insert / replace the battery, connect the 9-volt battery

inside the relative compartment.

4. To replace the fuses, disconnect the fuses and insert the new

fuses with the same capacity and size 200mA/250V. with
diameter dimensions of 5x20mm into the relative slots.
