MAINTENANCE
The purpose of this chapter is to provide all the information on maintenance procedures
and frequency that the Truck Pallet requires.
Maintenance and repairs must be performed by qualified personnel.
For the execution of maintenance operations, refer to the complete drawings and the list of
components found in chapter 12 of this manual.
9.1
Daily inspections or every 8 hours
DAILY INSPECTIONS

Truck pallet*
Clean when necessary.
Hydraulic system Check for leakage. If leakage is detected, do not use the Truck pallet.
Forks, upright
Checks for any damage, attachments and excessive wear.
Wheels / rollers
Checking wear and the presence of any foreign objects. Remove any foreign
objects.
Labels
Make sure they are complete and legible.

Do not use high-pressure cleaners and/or solvents to clean the Truck pallet.
Do not use wire brushes.
9.2
Tests to be performed daily or every 8 hours
Test area
Perform the verification test in an area free of people, animals and obstacles.
If malfunctions are detected, isolate the Truck pallet immediately and inform your supervisor.

Parking brake
Checking brakes (on a horizontal surface).
Hydraulic system
Raise and lower the platform. The hydraulic system must
stop when the limit positions have been reached.
Control the movement of the chain, hoses and pulleys during
operation.
