9. MAINTENANCE
The purpose of this chapter is to provide all maintenance frequencies and procedures required to
maintain the transport trolley.
Maintenance and repairs must be performed by qualified personnel.

General visual inspection:
check the general state of the machine, if there are any damaged or
missing parts.

Check the readability of nameplates
: plates and pictograms on the machine must be perfectly
legible, it is therefore necessary to keep them clean and request replacements if they are illegible.
3.
General cleaning
: cleaning is necessary to keep the structure and moving parts free from the
accumulation of dust and dirt and stains caused by excess lubricants. Cleaning should be done with
the use of tools, equipment and detergents or solvents commonly used in the cleaning of industrial
equipment.
4.
Check the wheels for wear
: check the wear and replace plastic wheels to ensure the safe use of
the transport trolley.
