Storage Environment
The OvuSense Reader and Sensor require no special storage
conditions, but should ideally be stored in a dry environment
with an ambient temperature of 20°C (65.0°F) + or -5°C
(41°F). The Reader and Sensor are capable of withstanding an
environment of -20°C to 50°C (-4.0°F to 120.0°F) in a relative
(non-condensing) humidity of 15% to 95% (Reader), and 15%
to 100% (Sensor). Storage for a period of one month outside
of these limits may lead to product failure and will invalidate
the product warranty.
Operating Environment
The OvuSense Reader must be operated in an environment
of 16°C to 40°C (60.8°F to 104.0°F) and in a relative (non-
condensing) humidity of 15% to 95%. The OvuSense Sensor
can be operated in an extreme environment of -20°C to 50°C
(-4.0°F to 120.0°F) in a relative (non-condensing) humidity of
15% to 100%, but will discard temperature values recorded
below 36.0°C (95.9°F) and ignore temperatures above 42.0°C
(107.6°F).
Disposal and Recycling
Each Sensor has a life of one year. After you have used your
Sensor for 330 days, a message will let you know that a new
Sensor will be required for the next cycle. For advice on
recycling, check with your local recycling services.
