3.2  Checking the Chair

The following checks are required each day before the use of the 
Carrying Chair:
1.  

Overall cleanliness of the Carrying Chair.

2.  

Check that there are no bent or damaged parts, 

 

missing fasteners, etc.

3. 

Check that the wheels rotate freely with no excess 

 

movement or damage.

4.  

Check that the Carrying Chair unfolds and locks 

 

securely in the seating position for normal use.

5.  

Check the upholstery for cracks, splits or any loose 

 

fabric or stitching, etc.

6.  

Check that the upholstery is correctly secured to 

 

the frame.

If in any doubt then contact a Service Engineer.

NOTE

Regular cleaning helps reduce the risk of transmitting disease 

and enables the equipment to function at its optimum.
