7 - TrOUblesHOOTing
Problem
Cause
resolution
One or both ends of the table will not raise
to the maximum height.
Air has been forced into the hydraulic
reservoir.
Using two people:
●
First Person: Hold down the center and
right pedals (as when lowering)
●
second Person: Repeatedly press the
left pedal (as when raising)
●
First Person: Allow the table to be raised
intermittently by releasing and pressing
the center and right pedals again
●
Continue until the table is at its full
height.
●
Repeat the process if needed.
The hydraulics stick.
The left pedal may have been pumped after
the table top was raised to its maximum
height.
Apply a small amount of downward hand
pressure on the table top to free up the
hydraulics.
The table exhibits any other type of
hydraulic problem.
