•
Drej endestoppet (28) ind eller ud for at fastsætte den korrekte indstilling.
Montering og indstilling af længdestoppet

Længdestoppet anvendes til savning af arbejdsemner af samme længde.
•
Sæt stangen (29) i det dertil hørende hul (30) i siden af rammen.
•
Sæt længdestoppet (10) på stangen.
•
Indstil længdestoppet på den ønskede afstand.
•
Stram knappen (31).
Indstilling af savevinklen

Standardvinklen mellem savklingen og savbordet er 90°.
•
Kontroller ved hjælp af en vinkel, at savklingens vinkel (3) i forhold til bordet (17) er 90°.
Hvis vinklen ikke er 90°, justeres den som følger:
•
Løsn skruen (32) i den nederste savklingeføring (33) et par omgange.
•
Juster savklingeføringen således, at savklingen står i en ret vinkel i forhold til bordet.
•
Stram låseknappen.
•
Gå frem på samme måde for at justere den øverste savklingeføring (34).
Kontroller at savklingen står i en ret vinkel i forhold til bordet i hele bordets længde.
Indstilling af lige gennemskæringsvinkel

Standardvinklen mellem savklingen og anlægsfladen er 90°.
•
Løsn låseknappen (8) et par omgange.
•
Sæt geringsvinklen til 0°.
•
Kontroller ved hjælp af en vinkel, at savklingens vinkel (3) i forhold til anlægsfladen (35) er
90°.

•
Do not use the machine before it has been assembled and installed in accordance with the
instructions.
•
Do not perform any designing, mounting or assembling activities on the workbench while
the machine is switched on.
•
Switch off the machine and clean the saw table before you leave the machine unattended.
Switch off immediately if
•
The band saw machine becomes overheated.
•
The cord and/or plug are defective or damaged.
•
The switch is defective.
•
Insulation material starts to smell or burn.
Electrical safety
When using electric machines always observe the safety regulations applicable in your country
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury. Read the following safety
instructions and also the enclosed safety instructions. Keep these instructions in a safe place!
Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
Replacing cables or plugs
Immediately throw away old cables or plugs when they have been replaced by new ones. It is
dangerous to insert the plug of a loose cable in the wall outlet.
Using extension cables
Only use an approved extension cable suitable for the power input of the machine. The
minimum conductor size is 1.5 mm
2
. When using a cable reel always unwind the reel
completely.
Mounting the machine

The machine can be set up in two ways: for use an a workbench (fig. B1) and for use with the
support (fig. B2).
The machine must be screwed to a workbench.
Mounting the machine for use on a workbench:
•
Mark the position of the mounting holes (2) on the workbench.
•
Drill holes at each of the marked positions, adjusting the diameter and depth of the holes to
the screws used.
•
Place the machine on the workbench and insert the screws into the mounting holes.
•
Firmly tighten the screws.
Mounting the machine for use with the support:
•
Follow the instructions below ‘Assembling the support’.
•
Place the machine on the support (11).
