UNPACKING INSTRUCTION
CAUTION!
Immediately upon receiving the product, carefully unpack the carton, check the contents to ensure that all parts are
present, and have been received in good condition. Notify the shipper immediately and retain packing material for inspection if
any parts appear damage from shipping or the package itself shows signs of mishandling. Save the package and all packing
materials. In the event that the product must be returned to the factory, it is important that the product be returned in the original
factory box and packing.
If the device has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuation (e.g. after transportation), do not switch it on immediately. The
arising condensation water might damage your device. Leave the device switched off until it has reached room temperature.
CONTROL ELEMENTS
1. Mode
Press shortly for selecting USB / Aux or
Bluetooth input.
2. Light
Button
Press the button to turn light effect on frontside,
on or off.
3. Mute
Button
Press the button to mute the volume, press
button again to restore the volume.
4. Play / Pause
Press button shortly to play or pause the song.
5. Previous
Button
Press shortly Previous song or press above 3
seconds for fast backward.
6. Next
Button
Press shortly for the next song or press above 3
seconds for fast forward.
7. Aux
3.5mm jack connector for input from mobile
phone, tablet, PC etc.
8. USB
Input
Connect your USB devices to this slot to play
music with MP3-format.
9. SD/MMC
Input
Connect your SD/MMC devices to this slot to
play music with MP3-format

10. Microphone input
6.3mm (1/4”) jack for connecting microphone.
11. Power input
13.5 Volt adapter input.
12. Master Volume
Turn this knob for power on/off and adjust the
volume.
13. Bass control
Adjust low tone control.
14. Treble control
Adjust high tone control.
15. Microphone Echo
Turn to adjust the microphone echo.
16. Microphone Volume
Turn to adjust the microphone volume.
17. Power
Press the button to switch on/off.
CONNECTING WITH BT-DEVICE
1. Activate the BT-function on your device (Mobile phone, tablet etc.) which you want to play the
music. See the operating instructions for that device.
2. Press the “MODE” button and activate BT-function of soundbox.
3. Select “MDJ140” on your BT-device and make the BT-connection
If password is required, you can enter "0000".
Attention:
The BT distance is approx. 10meter without any barrier.
