1. To fill the kettle, remove it from the power base, then fill the kettle with 

the desired amount of water. Alternatively, the kettle may be filled through 

the spout. The water level must be within the Min and the Max level. Too 

little water will cause the kettle switching off before the water has boiled.

NOTE: Do not fill the water over the maximum level, as water may spill out 

of the spout when boiling. 

2. Open the lid and remove the tea strainer out of the teapot, then put tea 

or a bag of tea into the tea strainer and place it back properly in the teapot. 

Make sure the hole in the tea strainer aligns with the tuber on the handle 

of teapot.

3. Put the teapot on the kettle and then position the kettle on the power 

base. 

4. Connect the plug into power outlet, the LCD indicates “——” . Press 

function button once, the unit enters keeping warm function. The unit will 

boil water (red indicator illuminates during heating), then enters keeping 

warm, the unit will keep the water temperature between 90 °Cand 95 °C 

(the blue indicator illuminates during keeping warm), the unit will keep 

warm for 3H, after 3H, the unit will power off automatically. 

Note: In keeping warm mode, temperature setting button is inactive.

5. Press function button twice, the unit enters heating function (red 

indicator illuminates during heating). If there is no any operation, after 3s, 

heating to 100 °C automatically. You can press temperature setting button 

within 3s to set temperature. The adjustable temperatures include 50 °C, 

55 °C, 60 °C, 65 °C, 70 °C, 75 °C, 80 °C, 85 °C, 90 °C, 95 °C and 100 °C. It will 

change by cycle. 

Note: You can stop keeping warm at any time by pressing Power button 

again.

6. When the water being boiled the selected temperature, the kettle will 

shut off automatically and the LCD indicates the current water temperature.

7. Remove the teapot and put it on the table, and then lift the kettle from 

power base to pour the boiled water into the teapot carefully (the level of 

water should not exceed 0.6L), finally, close the lid. And you can enjoy fresh 

tea after a while.

NOTE: Operate carefully when pouring the water from your kettle, as 

boiling water will scald, and press the lid when pouring to prevent the tea 

strainer falling off. 

8. If you only want to boil water for drinking, you can firstly take the teapot 

down and put it aside, and then detach the lid and place it onto
