TV (from apps, TV receiver and connected HDMI devices) is now
output through the AX110. The internal TV speakers will normally
switch off. If the TV has eARC, theoretically* all audio formats can
be transmitted. If the TV only has ARC, audio formats up to a maxi-
mum of Dolby Digital Plus can be output. On some TVs with ARC
but without eARC, only stereo or Dolby Digital 5.1 is possible.
*Note:
Many televisions block the transmission of DTS audio as a
bitstream. In this case, the sound should be decoded by the player
beforehand. PCM 5.1 or 7.1 is then passed through. Xbox, Playsta-
tion and most Blu-ray players can do this. This function is hidden in
the Bluray menu of the game consoles.

Do not place any heavy objects on the unit or the connecting
cables.

Do not open or drill holes in the casing.

Only clean the surface of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Please
do not use any strong detergent, petrol or similar.
•
If the device is not used for a longer period of time or malfunc-
tions, please disconnect the USB cable.
