1. Fill gearbox head with grease (32 g).
2. Apply Loctite 573 sealant to both sides of compensating disc.
If you want to measure the backlash, do this before applying sealant.
3. Fit compensating disc.
4. Screw down bearing plate.
5. Perform function check.
6. Check backlash if required (should be 0.15 – 0.20 mm).
Fit extra compensating disc if necessary.
7. Perform electrical safety check.
Tool:
-Grease
0 40 101 0100 4
-Loctite 573
-Torx 20 screwdriver
