Regularly check the milling stars to make sure they move freely and, if glued or worn,
dismantle them for cleaning or replace with new milling stars.

Proceed as follows for assembly/disassembly :

1. Remove the three nuts from the anti-dust brush rim, then remove the rim and the depth

gauge.

2. Hold the milling head in place with hour hand and remove the M10 screw in the middle of

the head by turning it clockwise. Use the supplied size 8 Allen key.

3. Loosen the M8 screw (1) using the supplied size 6 Allen key.

Note:

The screws have a left-hand thread.

4. Remove the bush (2), the milling stars (3) and the thrust washers (4) from the capstan (5).
5. Clean these parts, or use new milling stars if the old stars have deteriorated. Then

reassemble them in the reverse order.

WARNING!

Use only Allen screws with locking fastener.

If the cable is damaged, it shall be replaced by the fabricant and its after sale service in order
to avoid hazard.

Storage

If you want to store the machine, turn the machine OFF, disconnect it from the supply and
make sure that all moving parts have come to a complete stop. Allow the machine to cool
before storage. Store the machine and its accessories in a dry place out of the reach of
children.
