Insert Installation

Refer to Figure 1 and Part Number Chart as needed.

1. Select correct insert for tubing size.

2. Place Insert Bushing Nuts into insert (Fig. 2).

3. Place Insert into Clamp Body (Fig. 3).

4. While holding back-up on the Bushing Nuts, insert and tighten Cap Screws (Fig. 4).

5. Insert and tighten Set Screws (Fig. 5).

Check Insert. If movement is present, tighten Cap Screws further. If movement is still present,

Operation

1. Inspect Coil Tubing Clamp Assembly .

2. Loosen Flange Nut, open Clamp and place over tubing (Fig. 6).

3. Close Clamp (Fig. 7), tighten Flange Nut to a

MINIMUM

of 150 ft-lbs of torque.
