Slightly loosen the fastening screws (2) on both sides.

Pull the engine carrier forward, remove and replace the V-
belt (1).
6.
Install the new V-belt and pull the engine carrier back.
7.
Tighten the fastening screws (1) on both sides.
8.
Check tension of V-belt, tighten if necessary.

Compression measurement:
approx. 5 mm (0.2 in).
9.
Assemble the V-belt guard (1) with fastening screws (2).
10.
Check the V-belt tension again after 25 operating hours,
tighten if necessary.

Keep feet and hands clear of the vibrating base plate.
