FastTT Cervelo S5 Adapter Kit Installation Guide
FastTT adjustable angled risers provide a wide range
of bar angle adjustment from 10
°
to 25
°
.
The risers are supplied with the correct M5 (5mm)
bolts. Please note that the maximum thread depth for
the top mounting bolts is 10mm. If you use longer
threads, the top and bottom blocks will not seat or
tighten properly, resulting in slippage.
Fitting the bottom block
Insert the supplied mounting bolts from the underside
of the bar, through the adapter spacer, and into the
bottom block of the adjustable angled riser. When
tightening the supplied M5 bolts from below the bar
you MUST use the supplied washer with the nut in the
bottom block. You will need to hold the nut in place
whilst tightening. Inserting a flat head screwdriver
between the nut and the inside edge of the block will
hold the nut in place.
We strongly recommend applying a layer of anti-seize thread lubricant to all threads before
installing the bolts into the riser block. This will help to reduce corrosion due to perspiration as
well as to prevent the threads from binding.
Fit the top block and lightly tighten the M6 locking bolt so that it is snug but still allows for
angle adjustment. Bolt your bars onto the top block and adjust the angle to suit your setup by
referencing the angle markings on the side of the bottom block.
