Scanner Menu
Start Scan
: Starts a new scan, if a connection to the scanner has been established and
the scanner is ready.
Stop Scan
: Stops the scanner during a scan. There might be a short delay till the
scanner stops scanning.
Scan Parameter
: Opens the Scanner Parameter dialog.
Administration
: Offers functions for administration of the scanner.
Shutdown Scanner
: Shuts down the scanner (see chapter 5).
About...
: Displays the version of the FARO Scanner Control.
6.5 Status bar
The operating PC is not connected to a scanner.
A connection is being established or is currently interrupted.
A connection between operating PC and scanner is established. The connection
can be ended by double-clicking on this icon.
The scanner is ready for a scan.
