GEAR RACKS ADJUSTMENT
1. Control gear racks after every 200 working hours.
2. Turn column into center position.
3. Release the locking nut widely enough, so it will not obstruct tightening (pos. 3 fig. A).
4. Tighten the bolt (pos. 3, fig. A) against the gear rack with 10 Nm (1 kg*m).
5. Tighten the locking nut (pos. 3 fig. A).
6. Repeat same procedure with both bolts.
7. Make sure you adjust bolts after every 200 working hours.
8. With professional everyday usage, tighten bolt at least once a month.
