10.3 Setting the right edge disc
The adjustable right edge disc is used as a rotary deflector with the aim to direct the flow of the proc-
essed soil to prevent the formation of a furrow between the individual passes. The disc can be set at three
depth levels thanks to drawbars.
The following drawbar setting options are available:
1) Pin in the top hole
= 50 mm above the bottom edge of the discs in standard working units.
Recommended for processing depth of 5-8 cm (may differ in relation to the soil conditions).
2) Pin in the middle hole
= 75mm above the bottom edge of the discs in standard working units.
Recommended for processing depth 9-13 cm (may differ in relation to the soil conditions).
3) Pin in the bottom hole
= 105mm above the bottom edge of the discs in standard working units.
Recommended for processing depth 14-18cm (may differ in relation to the soil conditions).
