Connecting the energiser to the fence
Connect the energiser to the fence wire with the fence connector wire that is
included in the delivery. Connect the connector wire to the fence wire and
tighten the screws properly to ensure a good electrical connection. Connect
the other end of the fence connector wire to the red connector marked with a
lightning symbol.
The low power output is internally connected to the high power terminal
through a limiter device. Therefore a fault in the low power fence does not
affect operation of the high power fence, but a fault in the high power fence
also affects the low power fence.
Olli Protector 11 features
Olli Protector 11 is a time delayed intelligent energiser as specified by
European standard EN 60335-2-76/A12:2010. It has a delay time of 60
seconds. Olli Protector 11 continuously monitors fence health, increasing and
decreasing output power as required by fence length, grass, weather etc. If
fence health suddenly gets worse, power is not increased until 60 seconds
delay time has passed. This delay decreases the likelihood of entanglement.
