Apply an anti-seize lubricant to the lower drive shaft (Item
1)
[Figure 54] .
Push the flighting (Item 2) (from discharge end) onto the
lower drive shaft until there is approximately 1/4” - 3/8”
gap between the flighting and bearing mount (Item 3)
[Figure 54] .

Install the drop spout (Item 1) [Figure 55] over the
flighting shaft.
Install ten 1/2” x 1-1/2” bolts (Item 2) [Figure 55] through
the drop spout and discharge tube flange.
Model 12122 Only - Install the two anchor rings (Item 3)
[Figure 55] on the back side of the discharge tube flange
(both sides).
Install 1/2” lock nuts on the bolts and tighten.

Install the bearing flange (Item 1) onto the four 5/8” studs.
Install four 5/8” lock nuts (Item 2)
[Figure 56] on the
studs and tighten.

Thread the 2” nut (Item 1) onto the flighting shaft until it
contacts the bearing collar. Turn 2” nut until the set screw
(Item 2)
[Figure 57] lines up with the keyway in the
flighting shaft. Tighten the 2” nut one additional turn until
it lines up with the keyway in the flighting shaft.
