Lubricating the upper Ink Carriage Rail (cont.) 

Step  Procedure

Apply grease from the CardJet Maintenance Kit to the under side of the upper Ink 
Carriage Rail guide, as shown below. Wipe off any excess grease. 

4 

Close the Cover. 

5 

Power up the Printer and check the Carriage travel for smooth movement. 

This procedure is completed.
