TROUBLESHOOTING
BEFORE CALLING THE REPAIR ENGINEER, CHECK THE FOLLOWING POINTS
•
Check that the plug is connected correctly and check that the switch is in the On
position.
•
Check that the fuse of your plug is not burnt.
•
Check that the plug is in good condition.
•
Check the remote control batteries and change them if needed.
- Operating mode is indicated, the timer is programmed «On», but nothing works:
Stop the timer or wait until it starts again.

In cooling MODE, no cool air exits
:
If the ambient temperature is lower than the temperature you have programmed, it
is normal that it does not produce cool air.
If there is frost on the evaporator, the unit defrosts, and it starts up again once
defrosting is finished.

In dehumidification MODE, no cool air exits
:
Remove the air filter, there is frost on the surface of the evaporator. The unit de-
frosts, and starts to work again once frosting is finished.

The LCD display shows «E0»
:
Have the room temperature sensor replaced by a qualified repairer.

The LCD display shows «E1»
:
Have the air conditioner temperature sensor replaced by a qualified repairer.
-
The LCD display shows «E2»
:
The electricity supply is not stable - Switch off the air conditioner using the energy
supply switch.
There is something working badly in the unit - Switch off the air conditioner using
the energy supply switch. Switch it on again 10 minutes later, and if «E2» is still
displayed, disconnect the apparatus and call your maintenance service.

The LCD display shows «E3» :
The water tank is full. Empty it.
