Transport position speed regulator

When the machine is in transport position (basket fully lowered) it is possible
to regulate the transmission speed by acting on the regulator.
By  turning  the  regulator  counter-clockwise  it  is  possible  to  lower  the
translation speed.  By turning the regulator clockwise on the other hand, it is
possible to increase the translation speed.
