The induction cooking does not turn on

The touch-sensitive keys do not 

respond to touch

Buttons are locked

The touch-sensitive keys have 

difficulties responding to touch

- The ceramic surface is dirty

- The finger touching the button is not

- The bottom of the pots and pans are 

damaged

Some pots and pans crack, sizzle or 

make noise

This is due to the manufacture of pots 

and pans

This is normal and does not indicate a 

malfunction of the induction cooking

The cooking zone makes a sizzle 

when the power level is high

A fan noise comes from the induction

A fan is installed inside the induction 

cooking to remove heat due to 

magnetic fields

The induction cooking went off 

suddenly emitting an alarm.

 

 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING

Surface scratched

- Cleaning products are not suited for 

induction cooking

This is normal and does not indicate 

a malfunction of the induction cooking

This is normal and noise will diminish if you 

decrease the power

This is normal, the fan will stop all alone when 

the temperature inside the induction cooking 

will be normal

Pots and pans stays cold and the 

symbol 'U' flashes

- The induction cooking

 

cannot 

detect the pots and pans:

it is not suited for induction cooking

it is either too small or not correctly 

centered

Technical default

We strongly recommend you to check the following on your device before calling the after-sell service. It is possible 

that the problem is simple and that you can fix it by yourself. During operation, it is possible that a code appears on 

the control system to indicate an operational problem, if it happens, mentions it to the after-sales service. 

 

Once the problem solved, press the button 

On / Off

 to restart the induction cooking. If the problem persists after all 

checks, contact your after-sales service.

No power

- Make sure the induction cooking is correctly

connected and powered.

- Make sure the power of your house is in

operation
If the lock mode is on, refer to the section 

'Using' to see how the lock mode operates

- Clean the ceramic surface according to the 

paragraph Maintenance and cleaning

- Follow the instructions under 'Device 

Description'

- Follow the instructions under Maintenance 

and cleaning

- Use pots and pans with flat bottom, Follow 

the instructions under 'Device Description'

- Use pots and pans suited for for induction 

cooking (see 'Instructions for use)

- Make sure the pan has a good size and is 

centered on the cooking zone

Write down the error code displayed.

Turn off the induction cooking.

Check the meaning of the error code

.

Do not use the induction cooking until the 

cause of abnormality is detected and resolved
