OPERATION
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
ON/OFF LIGHTING SWITCH:
Press on this switch to turn on the lights, and press again to turn them off.
OFF MOTOR SWITCH:
Press on this switch to stop the motor operation.
SPEED SWITCH:
Press on this switch, the motor runs at LOW speed.
SPEED SWITCH:
Press on this switch, the motor runs at MEDIUM speed.
SPEED SWITCH:
Press on this switch, the motor runs at HIGH speed.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
(to be done weekly)
Before any cleaning or maintenance work is carried out; disconnect the cooker hood from
the mains.

The external surfaces and control buttons can be cleaned using a little washing-up
liquid applied on a soft sponge or cloth. Wipe dry using a soft cloth. Only use a
damp cloth as water could get into the unit and cause damage.

Do not use abrasive cleaning agents as it will damage the surface material.
Cleaning of the grease filter
(to be done at least once a month)

Remove the filter referring to the illustration.

Soak the filter for about 3 minute in hot water (40-50°C) with a grease-loosening
detergent then brush it gently with a soft brush. Do not apply too much pressure to
avoid damaging it.

The grease filter can be put in a dishwasher with detergent, set the temperature at
around 60°C.

Dirty filters can be a fire hazard
