Do not use the impact function for screwing or drilling in fragile materials

For drilling into smooth surfaces (example: tiles, glass, marble), stick a patch of adhesive
tape and then locate the place where you need to drill, then drill. This will prevent the drill
from slipping from its initial position

Always use a wall plug that is suitable for the material and for the object to be attached
