If you are unable to make telnet connection with PC’s CMD window, please use putty to perform,
steps are as following:

Click
http://download.fanvil.com/tool/putty_V0.63.0.0.43510830.7z
2)
Select telnet in connection type option, and input 192.168.10.1 in Host Name option;
3)
Click Open to start.
