You will need

Align the holes in Shelf Panel (P6) to holes in the Centre Panel (P4). 

 

Attach the Shelf Panel (P6) to the Centre Panel (P4) with 2 x Long Phillips Screws (H1).

Tighten with a phillips head screwdriver.
