5.4.2  Bob Removal and Replacement 

The bob shaft end is tapered and fits into a matching tapered hole in the bob.  Refer 
to Figure 5-3. 

1.

 

Rotate the rotor clockwise and gently pull it down to remove it. 

2.

 

To remove the bob, twist it clockwise while pulling down. 

3.

 

To install the bob, twist it clockwise while pushing upward.
