Loosen four screws and remove one screw from support
flange. (Figure 1).

Be sure to “square” or line up the corners of the Adapter
Plate with the corners of the motor housing. Securely
attach the Adapter Plate to the motor shaft by tightening
the screws. (Figure 2)
CAUTION
To avoid possible electrical shock, be sure electricity is
turned off before installing downlight assembly.
