1.   Read your owner’s manual and safety information before installing your new fan.  Review the accompanying assembly diagrams.

2.   Before servicing or cleaning unit, unplug unit from power outlet.

3.   Be careful of the fan and blades when cleaning, painting, or working near the fan.  Always unplug the fan before servicing.

4.   Do not insert anything into the fan blades while the fan is operating.

Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To avoid fire, shock and serious personal injury, follow these instructions.

1.   To avoid possible shock, be sure electricity is turned off at the fuse box before wiring, and do not operate fan without blades.

2.   All wiring and installation procedures must satisfy National Electrical Codes (ANSI/ NFPA 70). Use the National Electrical Code 

if Local Codes do not exist.  The fan must be grounded as a precaution against possible electrical shock.  Electrical installation should  

be made or approved by a licensed electrician.

3.   Follow the recommended instructions for the proper method of operating your fan. 

WARNING: 

This product is designed to use only those parts supplied with this product and/or accessories designated specifically for

use with this product.  Using parts and/or accessories not designated for use with this product could result in personal injury or property

damage.  

WARNING: 

Unplug the fan before maintenance and when the fan is not being used.

  

WARNING: 

Do not touch the fan and plug if your hands are wet. 

  

WARNING: 

Do not unplug the fan by holding the power cord. Unplug the fan by holding the plug.

  

WARNING: 

Do not use the fan if the power cord or the plug is damaged, or if the power socket is loose.

  

WARNING: 

Do not make repairs when there is damage to the cord. Do not load the fan with dual power cords or bin the cord.

  

WARNING: 

Do not use the fan near any of the following: gas stove, any fire source, unusually humid or high temperature, oil soot with

a lot of metal powder, obstacles affecting oscillating or outdoor.

  

WARNING: 

Do not insert hands or fingers into the fan grille, or the movable parts.

  

WARNING: 

Do not use the fan with any solid-state speed control device to reduce the risk of fire or electric shook.

  

WARNING: 

Place the fan on a smooth and level surface.

  

WARNING: 

Those who are not qualified electricians should not dissemble, repair or rebuild the fan.

  

WARNING:

 To reduce the risk of personal injury.  Do not insert foreign objects in between rotating fan blades. 

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

- Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.

- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
