5.1 Inspection Checklist:

Inspect labels to be present and legible

Inspect stanchion posts for damage or corrosion that may affect unit’s strength

Make sure hardware is correctly set and secure

Make sure clamp is securely fastened. Check torque of adjustment screw

5.2 Inspection Document: Record inspection results on the Inspection Record provided, or on a similar document.
