Install cylinder

Install cylinder. If required, cut cylinder tailpiece as shown. Heads of cylinder mounting bolts must be flush with door surface.

5/16" dia. c'sink

3/16" from end of cylinder

tailpiece to surface of door

Tailpiece

Install pinion cam and traveler.

Duralub or equivalent

lubricant to prolong
