has

 

been

 

drained

 

from

 

pan.

 

Withdraw

 

capillary

 

and

 

probe

 

from

 

pan.

Replace

 

in

 

reverse

 

order.

 

Operation

 

of

 

the

 

high

 

temperature

 

limit

 

device

 

must

 

be

 

checked

 

at

 

regular

 

intervals

 

adopting

 

the

 

following

 

procedure:

surface.

Switch

 

unit

observe

temperature.

  

If

 

unit

 

functions

 

properly,

 

high

 

temperature

 

limit

 

device

 

will

 

cut

 

the

 

power

 

supply

 

when

 

temperature

 

of

 

oil

 

is

 

between

 

220Žo

 

C

 

and

 

225Žo

 

C.

 

Should

 

device

 

fail

 

to

 

operate

 

at

 

a

 

maximum

 

temperature

 

of

C,

 

shut

 

unit

 

OFF

 

immediately

 

by

 

pressing

 

OFF

 

switch

 

on

 

control

 

panel.

 

Undertake

                 

investigations

 

to

 

detect

 

fault.

 

e)

 

Once

 

satisfied

 

that

 

high

 

temperature

 

limit

 

device

 

is

 

functioning

 

correctly,

 

remove

 

bridge

 

connection

 

from

 

PCB.

 

Replace

 

all

 

panels

 

and

 

push

 

re

set

 

button

 

to

 

activate

 

control.
