reverse
order.
g)
To
check
thermostat
calibration
select
a
temperature
of
190Žo
C
and
allow
the
oil
to
heat
up.
With
a
suitable
thermometer
or
thermocouple,
immersed
25mm
below
oil
surface
at
pan
centre.
Check
that
oil
temperature
corresponds
with
setting.
2.3.3
High
Temperature
Limit
Device
This
device
is
set
to
cut
power
to
element
should
oil
temperature
exceed
230Žo
C.
Manual
intervention
is
required
to
reset
control
in
the
event
of
a
failure.
To
Reset
Open
fryer
door
and
push
button
that
protrudes

from
pan.
f)
Replace
in
reverse
order.
Operation
of
the
high
temperature
limit
device
must
be
checked
at
regular
intervals
adopting
the
following
procedure:
a)
As
per
items
2(a)
and
(b)

to
indicated
level
mark
and
install
a
means
of
measuring
the
oil
temperature.
Measuring
sensor
must
be
placed
at
geometric
pan
centre,
25mm
below
oil
surface.
d)
Switch
unit
on
and
observe
rising
oil
temperature.
If
unit
functions
properly,
high
temperature
limit
device
will
cut
the
power
supply
when
temperature
of
oil
is
between
220Žo
C
and
225Žo
C.
Should
