• Mixing or Kneading the Dough:
CAUTION!
These settings are for reference only. The source, size, shape and brand of the ingredients
will differ and therefore the best settings for the ingredients cannot be guaranteed.
1.Recommended flour - water ratio: 5 to 3.
2. To have a dense dough for pasta, filo pastry bread, the speed of the knead should be 1,2.
3.The mixing apparatus can mix various ingredients (from medium dough to dense dough).
For instance 3,4 speed setting is enough for cake mix; for pancakes which are lighter, 4,
5 and 6 speed setting can be used, or for purée, cream or pudding mixtures 7 or 8 speed
setting can be used.
4.First mix 30 seconds in speed setting 1, then mix 30 seconds in speed setting 2, then mix
in speed setting 3 maximum for 5 minutes.
5.Please do not exceed the maximum amount as you fill the mixing bowl.
6.Maximum amount for flour is 1,500 gr.
7. For this process kneading apparatus and mixing apparatus may be used as an option.
8.Do not operate the dough hook or the mixing apparatus continuously for more than 5
minutes and each time leave the appliance for cooling down for 5 minutes.
• Whisking the egg white or cream:
1. Based on the size of the eggs, whisk the egg whites starting from speed setting 7 and then
switching to speed setting 8 for 3 to 5 minutes until they are thoroughly mixed.
2. Maximum amount is 12 eggs.
3. For whipped cream, whisk 250 ml fresh cream for 3 to 5 minutes in high speed.
4. As you fill the mixer bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients, please ensure that
you do not exceed the maximum amount.
5. For this procedure, whisk suitable for stainless steel container or whisk suitable for glass -
steel container should be used.
6. Please do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes and each time
leave the appliance for cooling down for 15 minutes.
