Troubleshooting
Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.
However if it is not operational due to any reason, ensure that you have tried the
solutions specified in the table below before contacting Fakir Authorized Service.

Possible Cause

Not boiling water
Keep warm button (2) and on/off
button (3) is not on.
Safety thermostat is activated
because of lack of water and
device is not operated.
Kettle, keep warm button (2),
on/off button (3) or power
transmission contacts may have
been damaged.
Bring to keep warm button (2)
and on/off button (3) position.
Wait for the device to cool
down or cool down by adding
cold water inside.
Contact authorized service.
Continuously
boiling
Lid or teapot is not located on.
Keep warm button (2) is out of
order.
Close the lid of the kettle
or locate the teapot on the
kettle.
Contact authorized service.
Delayed heating
Excessive lime formation on the
kettle base.
Keep warm button (2) is not
brought to boiling position
Clean the lime inside the
product as stated in the user
manual.
When the on/off button (3) is
in on position, bring the keep
warm button (2) to boiling
position, too.
On/off button is
not working.
Excessive lime formation on the
kettle base.
Clean the lime inside the
product as stated in the user
manual.
