Open the power cord and plug wrapped around the power transmission base (5) of your
device and plug into a grounded socket. When the device is not in use, keeping the on/
off button (3) in off mode will facilitate the continuous plugging of this unit in the kitchen.
According to the amount of the tea you wish to brew, fill the kettle (1) with water within
maximum and minimum levels . Locate the kettle on the power transmission base (5).
Open the lid of the teapot and remove the tea strainer (7).
Put adequate amount of tea on the strainer and locate it into the teapot after washing
it slightly with cold water. Turn the on/off button (3) and keep warm button (2) to on
position. The red indicator led will flash and the water will start to get warmer. According
to the amount of water added, the water will start to boil within 3-8 minutes and the
keep warm button (2) will automatically pass to off position and reduce the heating
power to keep the water in boiling condition in the minimum level and to provide energy
saving. The indicator led will be green.
Brew the tea with boiling water and place the teapot on the kettle. When needed, add
water into the kettle. If you add water, bring the keep warm button (2) to on position
again.
Kettle:
You can use it for heating and boiling water when needed in the kitchen. In order to
do this, fill the kettle with water like in tea preparation process, locate it on the power
transmission base and through covering the kettle with the teapot or lid, bring the keep
warm button (2) and on/off button (3) to on position. Like explained in tea preparation

you add water, bring the keep warm button (2) to on position again.
Cleaning and maintenance of the device
1- When tea service or water heating process is over, you must bring the on/off button
(3) to upwards position and turn it off.
2- The tea strainer, glass and inox teapot can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher,
however we recommend you to wash them by hand for a longer use. The water in the
kettle is discharged and this part is wiped with a dry or damp cloth, never wash through
immersing into water.
3- The lime in the water will accumulate on the kettle’s base within the time and form
a brown layer by burning and drop the efficiency of the kettle. In this case, turn the
button off after the water is boiled, then boil with a little amount of vinegar and maximum
capacity of water and after waiting for a period, shake and remove the solved lime. You
can repeat the process if the lime on the base is not cleaned. Do not forget to rinse well
with water then.
