Troubleshooting
Refer to this manual to solve the problem before resorting
to Fakir authorized services. If you cannot solve the
problem, call the authorized service.

Turn off the device and unplug it before troubleshooting.
Faults
Device Device is not working or
charging.
The device cannot vacuum.
The device makes more noise that
it should.
not working or charging.
Possible cause
1)The battery is empty.
2)The device is off.
3)There is no power at the outlet
you use to charge.
1)The dust tank is full.
2) The filter is dirty.
1)Particles are trapped in
vacuuming parts.
Solution
1)Charge the battery.
2)Turn on the device.
3)Try another outlet.
1)Empty the dust tank.
2) Clean the filter.
1) Remove the particles.
