Use of The Appliance
Automatic Mode
1. Fill the water tank to the maximum line.
2.First place the stainless steel filter and then the paper filter (V60) on the coffee carafe.
3. Place the Carafe/ Chemex into the appliance and turn the control knob to A/M mode.
4. Use the navigation buttons “ / ” to select AUTO mode.
4. Press the Tare ( Weight) button and reset the display.
5. Put the desired amount of coffee on the paper filter. The amount of coffee will be
displayed on the LED display.
6. Press the On/Off button and turn on the appliance.
7. The display will first show the temperature of the water and the heating process will come
to an end when it reaches to 93 °C.
8. When the heating process is finished, the water will begin to flow into the carafe and the
amount of water flowing will be seen as ml on the display.
9.After the process is completed, you can serve your coffee by putting the filter in the filter
stand while holding from its silicone.
NOTE !
The temperature of the water set in the automatic mode is 93 ° C and C/W Ratio: is 1:15.
In the automatic mode, the temperature of the water and the C/W ratio cannot be
changed.
WARNING!!
Do not touch the water tank of the appliance during the water heating process or during
the brewing, as it will be very hot. Danger of burn!
During brewing or when coffee brewing is completed, hold it from the silicone because
the carafe will be very hot. Danger of Burn!
NOTE !
If the carafe is taken out of its place while brewing is in progress, the operation stops
and the "----" sign appears on the display. If the carafe is replaced within 30 seconds, the
operation will continue, otherwise the appliance will stop working and you will need to
re-adjust the whole setting.
NOTE !
When you select the desired program mode and start the appliance, the water will start
boiling. If you haven't tare and put the coffee, "NoC" will appear on the display, which
means you haven't put the coffee yet.
